What we collect, why, and how to get rid of it. No tracking, no advertising, nothing sold.
Last updated: October 15, 2026
The short version
We collect what the product needs to work and nothing else. We do not sell or share your personal information. There is no advertising pixel on this site, no third-party analytics and no cross-site tracking — which is also why you were not asked to accept cookies. We do count, anonymously, how many visits reach each step of signing up — and you can opt out of that too.
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold, or ask us to delete it, by writing to contact@swan-club.com. We answer within 45 days, and we do not charge for it or make you create an account to do it.
Who is responsible
Jonathan Tellerain EI, SIREN 108 012 725, 16 rue de Siam, 75116 Paris, France. Contact: contact@swan-club.com.
Because we are established in France, your information is also protected by the GDPR, whichever state you live in. Where your state law gives you more, your state law wins.
What we collect, and why
Your first name, your city, and your quiz answers. Collected when you open your map. They decide which rooms you are shown and what the weekly letter says. Your first name is kept in your own browser; the answers are stored against your account.
Your age bracket. One question, asked before anything is saved, for one reason: Swan Club is for adults. If you tell us you are under 18, nothing at all is stored.
Your email address and billing details. Collected by our billing provider when you subscribe. We never see or hold your card number.
A fingerprint of your member number. Not the number itself. It is how we recognise you when you sign in, and it is the reason we cannot send you your number again.
What you write to the mentor, and your journal. On The Circle. Kept so the mentor knows what you told it last week. Nobody reads it to improve anything, and it is not used to train any model.
Technical logs. Your IP address and request details, for a short period, to find and fix faults and to stop abuse.
If you apply to be a partner: your name, email, handles, city, and the record of your acceptance of the partner agreement — the date, the version and the IP address it came from. That last one is kept in the clear, deliberately, because it is the proof of a commission arrangement that has to hold up years later.
Sensitive information
We do not ask for and do not want health information, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, precise geolocation, government identifiers, or biometric data. If you write something of that kind to the mentor, it is stored with the rest of the conversation and deleted when you ask — but please do not, because a coaching product is the wrong place for it.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond what is needed to provide the product, which under California law means you have nothing to limit — but if you want to ask us to anyway, write and we will confirm it in writing.
We do not sell or share it
We have not sold personal information and we have not shared it for cross-context behavioural advertising, in the last twelve months or at any point. We have no plans to, and if that ever changed we would have to tell you before it happened and give you a way to opt out.
There is nothing here to opt out of, so there is no “Do Not Sell or Share” link. If you would like that confirmed in writing, write to contact@swan-club.com and we will send it.
Who processes it for us
These are every company that touches your information, what they get, and where they process it. The location is checked rather than assumed — in a privacy policy it is a statement you can be held to.

None of them may use your information for their own purposes. The mentor conversations are processed inside the European Union, in Belgium, which is unusual for an American product and is on purpose.
How long we keep it
Your account, your answers and your journal: for as long as you are a member, and for one year after you cancel, in case you come back. After that, deleted.
Records tied to a payment: as long as tax and accounting law requires, which for a French business is ten years. We cannot delete those earlier, and neither can anyone else.
Technical logs: thirty days.
Partner applications and the record of acceptance: for as long as commissions can be disputed, and then deleted.
What you can ask for
Wherever you live, you can ask us to: tell you what we hold about you and where it came from; send you a copy in a portable format; correct something that is wrong; delete it; or stop using it for something.
Write to contact@swan-club.com from the address on your account. We reply within 45 days, and we will tell you if we need longer. We do not charge, and we do not treat you differently for asking — no worse price, no reduced service.
You can have an authorised agent make a request for you; we will ask them for something showing you asked them to.
If we refuse a request, we say why, and in California you can appeal by replying to that refusal. You can also complain to your state Attorney General, or — because we are established in France — to the CNIL.
Children
Swan Club is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to contact@swan-club.com and we will delete it the same day.
Cookies, and the lack of them
We set two things in your browser, both strictly necessary: one that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers which market and city you are looking at. Neither follows you anywhere, and there is no third-party cookie on this site at all.
Your first name is kept in your browser's local storage so the product can greet you before you have signed in. It never leaves your device except as part of your account.
What we count
Since October 15, 2026 we count how many visits reach each step of the way in — the home page, the questionnaire, the map, the order screen, the hand-off to payment — so we know where to make it better. Nothing is stored on your device to do it: no cookie, no local storage. A random number links the steps of one visit while the page stays open, and is gone when it closes.
We do not keep your IP address, your browser or your answers, we never match these counts to your membership, they stay on our own servers, and they are deleted after 25 months. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we honor it automatically.
Changes
If we change this policy we publish a new version with a new date, and if the change is significant we email subscribers. The date at the top is the one that counts.
