The terms, including the ones that are not flattering

Commission

60% of the first payment on a monthly membership, 40% of the payment on a yearly one — once per member, on the amount actually paid, excluding sales tax, net of refunds and chargebacks.

Attribution

Your personal link, last click, within 30 days of her payment, on the same browser.

When you are paid

Monthly, 30 days after the payment it comes from, with a $50 minimum. The delay is because a card can be disputed weeks after it clears.

Your audience gets

Their first month for $19 instead of $49, with your code. You still earn on that payment.

You get

Free membership while you are a partner, and a Swan Map of your own city within 48 hours of your yes.

You must disclose

In the content itself and in the caption — not only in your bio. That is the FTC's rule, not our preference, and the liability is yours as well as ours.

You must not claim

No outcomes. No “she met a surgeon in three weeks”. Swan Club is coaching: style, presence, culture, where to go. We introduce no one and promise no one.

What is ready, and what is not

5 cities are live — New York, Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas — with 30 rooms between them, the codes for each kind of room, the eight-week ritual, the playbook and the mentor. The whole journey works, from the quiz to the payment.

What is not done: none of those rooms has been visited in person by us yet. They exist, they are where we say they are, and what is written about them is what is consistently known — but the hour and the crowd of a given night are exactly what changes, so every page says so on its face. Three more cities are being written.

We are telling you this here rather than after you sign, because a creator who finds out later is a creator who is right to be annoyed. If we say yes, we build your city properly first and send it to you — you decide after that, with the product in your hand.
